Med-Or Foundation hosts the Certificate Awards ceremony of the “Nuclear History Boot Camp 2023”

On 23 June, Med-Or Foundation hosted the Certificate Awards Ceremony for students who completed the “Nuclear History Boot Camp 2023”, a course organised by the University of Roma Tre together with the Washington D.C.-based Wilson Center

In a ceremony held on 23 June at the Med-Or Foundation headquarters in Rome, 14 students from 11 countries received attendance certificates after taking part in the 11th edition of the “Nuclear History Boot Camp”, an advanced training initiative organized by the University of Roma Tre in collaboration with the Washington D.C. Wilson Center and with Med-Or’s support.

Rome was chosen to host the 11th edition of the course, which is part of the Nuclear Proliferation International History Project (NPIHP), an international project directed by Leopoldo Nuti (Roma Tre) and Christian Ostermann (Wilson Center). Aiming to train a new pool of experts in the field of nuclear proliferation, the eight-day intensive course focuses on the history of nuclear power, from its origins to current days, including its technological evolution, the development of deterrence theory and nuclear strategy, and the analysis of the current global context.

On 3 December 2025, the Med-Or Italian Foundation and the National Cybersecurity Agency presented the “CyberBridge – Strategic Training Programme for Digital Resilience in Africa,” developed with the support of Leonardo and with the backing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The “CyberBridge” project is aimed at African countries and is designed to integrate technical expertise with policy capabilities, promoting a multi-level approach to digital resilience through specialist training, diplomacy, and cyberspace governance.
