Med-Or Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Presidency of the Republic of Niger for a collaboration in the fields of higher education, research, and the organization of cultural initiatives of common interest.

On July 25, Med-Or Foundation President Marco Minniti received, at the Med-Or headquarters, Dr. Oumar Moussa, Deputy Cabinet Director of the President of Niger, Mohamed Bazoum, for the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between Med-Or Foundation and the Presidency of the Republic of Niger in the fields of higher education, university studies and research.

The MoU also includes a mutual engagement in the organization of conferences of common interest and cultural initiatives, such as supporting at-risk populations.

Med-Or and ACN launch the “CyberBridge: Strategic Training Programme for Digital Resilience in Africa”

On 3 December 2025, the Med-Or Italian Foundation and the National Cybersecurity Agency presented the “CyberBridge – Strategic Training Programme for Digital Resilience in Africa,” developed with the support of Leonardo and with the backing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The “CyberBridge” project is aimed at African countries and is designed to integrate technical expertise with policy capabilities, promoting a multi-level approach to digital resilience through specialist training, diplomacy, and cyberspace governance.
