The event brought together Italian and Kenyan authorities, ambassadors from Europe and the region, and partners from multilateral organisations, highlighting the importance of structured, long-term cooperation between Italy and African countries. The opening of Med-Or’s first international office confirms a strategic commitment to on-the-ground engagement, policy dialogue and the development of concrete initiatives in support of sustainable development and inclusive growth.

From Nairobi, Med-Or will coordinate activities and partnerships across the continent, strengthening cooperation with public institutions, the private sector and local stakeholders.
