Med-Or Foundation signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nasser Vocational Training Centre of Bahrain

Med-Or Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC) to promote collaboration in the fields of higher education, research, and the organization of scientific and training projects

On November 29 at the Embassy of The Kingdom of Bahrain in Rome, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Med-Or Chairman, Marco Minniti, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC), Abdulla Bin Nasser Al Noaimi.

The Nasser Vocational Training Centre, established in 2014 and having its seat in Jaww, Bahrain, aims to provide vocational, technical, and technological educational tracks with the goal of keeping pace with the latest advancements in the scientific and professional arena, and to promote mobility and exchange programs in sports, engineering, fashion design and other vocational specializations.

In line with the activities already undertaken by the Foundation with other countries in the region, the MoU establishes a mutual commitment to support education, professional training and research initiatives. In particular, the agreement includes the funding of scholarships for NVTC graduates to attend master’s degree courses at Italian Universities, and the provision of fully covered 12-month internship programs in Leonardo’s Group companies. The MoU also promotes regular exchanges and research projects between Med-Or and NVTC in the industrial and technological fields; the organization of joint seminars, conferences, and workshops on topics of common interest, including technological development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cutting-edge digital technologies; the arrangement of mobility and exchange programs in the sports, engineering, fashion design, and digital technologies sectors.
